How can I be sure that I’ve made my purchase?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email, feel free to contact us.
What payment method can I use to make my purchase?
We offer the following payment method:
- Cash on delivery
- Bank Transfer
- Credit/Debit Cards & E-Wallets
What is the minimum order value?
The minimum order value is Rs 500/- If your order is less than Rs. 500/-, you will need to make advance payment for the order.
What are the delivery charges?
FLAT PKR 199/- will be charged on all of the orders in Pakistan.
How many times will the courier agent attempt to deliver my order in case I am unavailable to receive it?
Our delivery agents make two attempts to deliver a parcel. Kindly ensure that the address, city and area are mentioned clearly while placing an order. On the second failed attempt, the item will be returned to us.
What if the product I want is out of stock?
If a product runs out, it will either not be visible on the website or it will be marked as “Out of Stock”. An order may only be placed once the product shows as “Available” on the website.
Do I need to pay in advance for my order?
Payment must be made in advance for orders to be delivered to village addresses to lower the chance of the parcel being returned to us.
Orders for interior cities and those with incomplete addresses will be dispatched after they pay shipping fees in advance to lower the chance of the parcel being returned to us.
If your previous parcel has been returned to us then you have to make advance payment for your next order.
We reserve the right to not serve people at our discretion.
Can the documentation provided by us be used for any other purpose?
Receipt of full order does not grant permission to use provided documentation for legal purposes.
